PUBLIC BOAT RAMPS ON ST. JOHNS RIVER NORTH
CLAY COUNTY

Lakeshore Ramp: On Doctor's Lake, off U.S. 17 South, Clay Co., 220 south of Orange Park; two lanes, good surface, limited trailer parking, often crowded.

Knight's Bridge Ramp: Adjacent to Knight's Fish Camp where Black Creek flows into St. Johns; newly renovated three-lane ramp with floating docks that opened early in 2000; large new paved parking lot, restrooms, picnic area and bait/convenience store.

Governor's Creek: At U.S. 17 bridge just north of Green Cove Springs where creek enters St. Johns; limited trailer parking, shallow water where creek enters river.

Old Shands Bridge: Off Fla. 16, 3 miles southeast of Green Cove Springs; shallow water at low tide.

St. Johns River (Williams Park): Off U.S. 17, Clay Co. 209, about 6 miles southeast of Green Cove Springs; gravel ramp.
